Wat ga je doen?
As a construction fitter/welder, you will be responsible for assembling, welding, and finishing steel staircases and balustrades. Your daily tasks will be diverse and technically challenging, including:
- Assembling staircases and balustrades based on technical drawings;
- Performing welding tasks using MIG and TIG methods;
- Carrying out metalworking processes such as grinding, sawing, and drilling;
- Ensuring quality and safety compliance of welded structures.
Wat kun je van ons verwachten?
We offer a stable job with long-term prospects and competitive benefits, including:
- A gross hourly wage of €16.00 to €17.00;
- A net weekly salary of approximately €600 to €650 based on a 40-hour workweek;
- A full-time 40-hour contract with long-term intentions;
- Salary payment according to Dutch laws and regulations;
- Pension contributions starting from the first working day;
- 20 vacation days per year for full-time employment;
- 8.33% holiday allowance paid in May;
- Health insurance coverage.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?
Do you have a technical background and a passion for metalworking? Here’s what we’re looking for:
- Experience as a construction fitter and/or welder;
- Knowledge of MIG and TIG welding (certifications are a plus);
- Strong understanding of technical drawings;
- Having a VCA certificate
- Attention to detail and precision in your work;
- Ability to communicate in English at a B1/B2 level;
- A valid driver’s license (preferred);
- A team player with a proactive and detail-oriented mindset.
