Wat ga je doen?

As a Prefab Carpenter, you will work in a team to produce complete prefabricated roofs and dormers at our Terneuzen factory. Your responsibilities include:

  • Following work orders from the Foreman, including plans, drawings, and instructions
  • Reading and interpreting technical drawings independently
  • Measuring and assembling roof structures with precision
  • Reporting completed tasks to the Foreman for verification and quality checks

Wat kun je van ons verwachten?

  • Weekly salary: €500–€550 net, based on a 37.5-hour work week
  • Contract: Dutch employment contract for 37.5 hours per week, with long-term intentions
  • Salary payments: Fully compliant with Dutch laws and regulations
  • Pension: Start building your pension from your first day of work
  • Paid vacation: 20 vacation days per year for full-time employees
  • Holiday allowance: 8.33% of your annual salary, paid in May
  • Health insurance
  • Housing: Clean, safe, and certified accommodation arranged via Maintec
  • Private room: Your own private room and personal space for comfort and privacy
  • Convenient location: Housing close to work and essential services (shops, public transport)
  • Transport: Daily travel to and from work arranged by Maintec

  • Experienced carpenter with hands-on skills in prefab assembly
