Wat ga je doen?

As a Factory Carpenter, you will be an essential part of a team of skilled craftsmen, producing complete prefab roofs and dormer windows in our Hulst factory. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Following work orders from the Foreman, including plans, drafts, and detailed instructions
  • Working independently on tasks such as reading technical drawings, measuring and dimensioning materials, and assembling roof constructions
  • Ensuring quality and accuracy by reporting completed work to the Foreman for verification and final inspection

Wat kun je van ons verwachten?

  • Weekly salary: €500–€550 net, based on a 37.5-hour work week
  • Contract: Dutch employment contract for 37.5 hours per week, with long-term intentions
  • Salary payments: Fully compliant with Dutch laws and regulations
  • Pension: Start building your pension from your first day of work
  • Paid vacation: 20 vacation days per year for full-time employees
  • Holiday allowance: 8.33% of your annual salary, paid in May
  • Health insurance
  • Housing: Clean, safe, and certified accommodation arranged via Maintec
  • Private room: Your own room and personal space for comfort and privacy
