Wat ga je doen?
- Building and assembling walls, floors, and roofs for modular homes
- Reading technical drawings and measuring materials accurately
- Using hand and power tools to cut, fit, and install wood and other components safely
- Collaborating with your team to complete high-quality modules on time
Wat kun je van ons verwachten?
- Weekly salary: €500–€550 net, based on a 37.5-hour work week
- Contract: Dutch employment contract for 37.5 hours per week, with long-term intentions
- Salary payments: Fully compliant with Dutch laws and regulations
- Pension: Start building your pension from your first day of work
- Paid vacation: 20 vacation days per year for full-time employees
- Holiday allowance: 8.33% of your annual salary, paid in May
- Health insurance
- Housing: Clean, safe, and certified accommodation arranged via Maintec
- Private room: Your own private room and personal space for comfort and privacy
- Convenient location: Housing close to work and essential services (shops, public transport)
- Transport: Daily travel to and from work arranged by Maintec
