Role Overview
As a Technical Worker, you play an essential role in ensuring the quality and reusability of returned high-tech packaging.
Using your technical expertise, you perform inspections, maintenance, and repairs following detailed instructions and technical drawings, working efficiently with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently inspect, repair, and maintain returned packaging according to strict quality standards.
- Handle complex mechanical components, including sensors, springs, and other high-tech parts.
- Safely operate tools, machinery, and transport equipment (e.g., reach truck and reach stacker).
- Perform quality checks and maintain basic administrative records.
- Adhere to all safety, environmental, and cleanliness protocols.
Wat kun je van ons verwachten?
Employment Terms:
- Gross salary from €15.49 per hour
- Resulting in approximately €550–€600 net per week based on a 40-hour working week
- Shift work system: Monday to Friday, two shifts (06:00–15:00 & 15:00–00:00)
- 18% shift allowance on top of your hourly wage
- Contract based on 40 hours per week with long-term intentions
- Possibility to work extra hours for additional income
- Salary payments fully compliant with Dutch laws and regulations
- Pension contributions from day one
- 20 vacation days per year based on full-time work
- 8.33% holiday allowance per year – paid in May
Health insurance
- Housing & Transport:
- Clean, safe, and certified housing arranged via Maintec
- Private room and personal space for privacy
- Close to work and basic necessities (shops, public transport)
- Transport to and from work arranged by Maintec

Wat verwachten wij van jou?
- Approximately 3+ years of work-experience in a technical environment;
- Able to communicate in English B1/B2 level;
- Able to read/understand technical drawings! (MUST HAVE)
- Driving license (car) is preferred;
- Soft-skills that match with the company-culture: teamplayer, proactive and being detail-orientated
