Wat ga je doen?
As a Technical Worker, you play a key role in ensuring returned high-tech packaging is repaired, maintained, and ready for reuse.
You work independently, following technical drawings and checklists to deliver high-quality results while using materials efficiently.
Your main tasks include:
- Inspecting, repairing, and maintaining returned high-tech packaging according to strict quality standards.
- Working with complex mechanical components such as sensors, springs, and other technical parts.
- Safely operating tools, machines, and transport equipment (e.g., reach truck, reach stacker).
- Performing quality checks and handling light administrative duties.
- Adhering to company guidelines on safety, sustainability, and workplace hygiene.
Wat kun je van ons verwachten?
Employment terms:
- Gross salary between €15,18 and €15,84 per hour;
- Resulting in a salary approximately between €525 and €600 netto per week based on a 40 hour working-week;
- A contract based on 40-hours with long-term intentions
- Possibility for working extra hours for extra income;
- Salary payments in accordance with Dutch laws and regulations.
- Building up your pension from the first day of work;
- You accumulate 20 vacation days with a full year of full-time work;
- 8,33% holiday allowance per year - paid in May.
- Health insurance
- Clean, safe and certified housing is arranged for you via Maintec;
- In our housing you have privacy with your own private room and personal space;
- Close to work and basic necessities (shops, public transport);
- Transport to- and from work is arranged by Maintec;

Wat verwachten wij van jou?
- Around 3+ years of professional experience in a technical setting.
- Proficient in English at B1/B2 level for communication.
- Capable of reading and interpreting technical drawings (REQUIRED).
- Possession of a driving license (car) is advantageous.
- Soft skills aligned with the company culture: collaborative, proactive, and detail-focused.
